All prints are securely packed in heavy-duty mailing tubes with acid-free interleaving paper to ensure pristine arrival from the Wangaratta studio. Members are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date shipping address in their account portal.
Section 2: Print Care Instructions
Title: Archival Care & Handling Content: To preserve the museum-grade archival quality and pigment richness of your cotton rag print, avoid direct, prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight. When framing, use UV-protective glazing (glass or acrylic) and acid-free matting to ensure the artwork remains protected for decades. Do not touch the printed surface directly with bare hands; cotton framing gloves are recommended during handling.
Section 3: Returns & Replacements (ACL Compliant)
